English: Mayura Shop operates and delivers orders strictly within the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Tamil Nadu will not be processed.

தமிழ்: மயூர ஷாப் தனது சேவைகளையும் டெலிவரி ஆளுகையையும் தமிழ்நாடு மாநிலத்திற்குள் மட்டுமே வழங்குகிறது. தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு வெளியே உள்ள முகவரிகளுக்கு ஆர்டர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது.

English: All orders placed through Mayura Shop require payment via Google Pay, Paytm, or Direct Bank Transfer. Customers must upload a valid transaction reference (UTR) or payment screenshot to confirm their order for dispatch.

தமிழ்: மயூர ஷாப் வழியாக செய்யப்படும் அனைத்து ஆர்டர்களுக்கும் கூகிள் பே (Google Pay), பேடிஎம் (Paytm) அல்லது நேரடி வங்கிப் பரிமாற்றம் மூலம் கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். ஆர்டரை உறுதிசெய்து அனுப்ப வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்களது பரிவர்த்தனை எண் (UTR) அல்லது கட்டண ஸ்கிரீன்ஷாட்டைப் பதிவேற்ற வேண்டும்.

English: Plants and organic nursery products are live biological items. While Mayura Shop ensures careful packaging and fresh dispatch, minor leaf transit stress may occur during shipping. Customers are advised to water plants upon arrival and keep them in shaded areas for 24 hours.

தமிழ்: செடிகள் மற்றும் இயற்கை நர்சரி தயாரிப்புகள் உயிருள்ள பொருட்கள் ஆகும். மயூர ஷாப் பாதுகாப்பான பேக்கிங் மற்றும் புதிய செடிகளை அனுப்புவதை உறுதிசெய்தாலும், போக்குவரத்தின் போது லேசான இலை சோர்வு ஏற்படலாம். செடிகள் வந்தடைந்தவுடன் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி 24 மணி நேரம் நிழலான இடத்தில் வைக்க அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறது.

English: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support at 8973315151. Refunds for approved cancellations or verified damaged plant shipments will be processed to the customer's original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.

தமிழ்: ஆர்டர் அனுப்பப்படுவதற்கு முன்பு 8973315151 என்ற வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை எண்ணைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு ஆர்டரை ரத்து செய்யலாம். அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட ரத்துசெய்தல்கள் அல்லது சேதமடைந்த செடிகளுக்கான பணத்தைத் திரும்பப்பெறுதல் 3 முதல் 5 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் வாடிக்கையாளரின் கணக்கிற்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
